According to former president and CEO of National Semiconductor Corp, developing communication skills is essential to get the correct message and emotions across to the receiving parties. it is important for a leader to convey the correct message, in order not to cause a misunderstanding. The leader choice of words is how he/she present. It must be able to captivate and motivate the receiving parties, in order for them to act upon his/her words. It will be a waste of effort if no one understands and doesn’t do what he/she conveyed.
